How does the Business Gifting Program work?

We’ll work with your designated company contact to create a recipient list that includes important dates, delivery information, individual gift budgets, card messages, and other preferences. Once your gifting calendar is finalized, we’ll provide an estimate for the full program. After the estimate is paid in full, your program begins, and Gloss Florist manages the scheduled floral deliveries for you.

How does payment for the Business Gifting Program work?

The Business Gifting Program is prepaid in full. Once your recipient list, scheduled dates, individual gift budgets, and program details are finalized, we’ll provide an estimate for the complete program. The estimate must be paid in full before the program begins. You will not need to make individual payments for each scheduled delivery included in your approved gifting calendar.

How long does the Business Gifting Program run?

The Business Gifting Program follows a calendar-year schedule. If you join during the year, we can create your initial gifting calendar for the remaining months of the current year and the following calendar year.After that, your program will be reviewed toward the end of each year so your recipient list, dates, budgets, and other information can be updated for the upcoming year.

Does the Business Gifting Program renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. The Business Gifting Program does not renew automatically. Toward the end of the year, we’ll contact your designated program contact to review your recipient list, important dates, delivery information, budgets, and preferences. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll provide a new estimate for the upcoming year. Your program is renewed after the estimate is approved and paid in full.

Question 5

Can I choose different budgets for recipients in the Business Gifting Program?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every recipient or occasion does not need to have the same floral gift budget. During the planning process, we can establish an individual budget for each scheduled gift. You may choose a smaller arrangement for one occasion and a more substantial floral gift for an important milestone or special event.

Can I add recipients to my Business Gifting Program during the year?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New recipients can be added to your existing program throughout the year. We’ll collect the recipient’s information, occasion, scheduled date, delivery details, and gift budget and provide an additional estimate. Once payment is completed, the new recipient will be added to your gifting calendar.

Question 7

Can I remove or replace a recipient in my Business Gifting Program?

Accepted Answer

Because the program is prepaid based on an approved recipient list, removing a recipient during the active program does not create a refund for that scheduled gift. However, you may replace that recipient with another person.All replacement information must be provided, finalized, and confirmed with Gloss Florist at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.When preparing your program for a new calendar year, you may freely review and update your recipient list before approving the new estimate.

Can I reschedule a delivery in my Business Gifting Program?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you know that a recipient will be unavailable or need to change a scheduled delivery date, contact us in advance. Rescheduling requests and all updated delivery information must be finalized and confirmed with Gloss Florist at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Can floral gifts in the Business Gifting Program be customized?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Floral gifts can be designed for different recipients, occasions, preferences, and budgets. During the planning process, you may share preferred colors, company or brand colors, style preferences, or other requests. Specific flower varieties may vary based on seasonal availability.

Can I include personalized card messages with Business Gifting Program deliveries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may provide individual card messages for specific recipients or establish a standard company message for selected deliveries. Card message preferences can be included when your gifting calendar is created and updated in advance when needed.

Question 11

Can Business Gifting Program deliveries be scheduled for holidays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Holiday deliveries can be planned as part of your approved gifting calendar, including Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and other important dates. When a holiday delivery is included in your prepaid program, we plan for it in advance as part of your scheduled service.

Question 12

What happens if a Business Gifting Program recipient is unavailable or their delivery information has changed?

Accepted Answer

Your designated company contact is responsible for keeping recipient addresses, business hours, access details, and other delivery information current. If a recipient will be unavailable, we’re happy to reschedule the delivery when the change is finalized and confirmed with Gloss Florist at least 72 hours in advance.If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the arrangement in an appropriate safe location when possible, such as at the front door or porch, reception or front desk, or with a concierge.If delivery cannot be completed because of outdated or incorrect information, a business closure, unavailable building access, or similar circumstances that were not communicated to us in advance, the scheduled floral gift is non-refundable. If a new arrangement and delivery are requested for another date, an additional charge will apply.

Question 13

What happens if severe weather affects a Business Gifting Program delivery?

Accepted Answer

If severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or other unexpected circumstances prevent us from safely completing a scheduled delivery, Gloss Florist will contact your designated program contact as soon as possible. We’ll work together to reschedule the delivery or arrange the best available alternative.

Question 14

Can I cancel my Business Gifting Program?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We understand that business needs can change. You may cancel your Business Gifting Program by contacting Gloss Florist in writing.Completed deliveries and floral gifts already in preparation or committed for an upcoming delivery are non-refundable. Any remaining eligible balance for future, unfulfilled deliveries will be refunded.Please submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery to allow us to properly process the cancellation and any upcoming orders.
