Yes! You can choose any three dates within the next 12 months, including holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, or other special days.
Our goal is always to deliver on the exact date you select. In rare cases (severe weather, major holiday restrictions, etc.), we may deliver on the closest available date. If there are any issues with your date, we’ll contact you in advance.
Yes. You may update any date at least 5–7 days before the scheduled delivery. Just email us in advance with your order number and new date.
No. All three deliveries must go to the same recipient and address.
No. Each bouquet is designed for the occasion and season, using fresh flowers available at that time. While the overall Gloss Florist style remains modern, elegant, and softly colored, every delivery will be unique.
Styles may vary between wrapped bouquets, hatboxes, or bag arrangements, depending on the plan you choose.
Our goal is to give the recipient a new, beautiful impression each time.

Yes. You can write all three card messages during checkout
Yes. You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase, as long as your first delivery is not scheduled within that 14-day period.
We will leave the bouquet at door step or in a safe place or notify the recipient . In hot or freezing weather, we will contact them directly to coordinate safe delivery.
If your first delivery is within the first 14 days, you can still cancel, but you must contact us at least 3 days before the delivery date.
If you reach out later than 3 days before delivery, the first bouquet will still be delivered, and the plan becomes non-refundable.
No. Once the first bouquet has been created or delivered, the subscription becomes non-refundable, and the remaining deliveries will continue as planned.
If the address is outside our service zip codes, we can cancel the subscription only if design work has not started.
For incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refunds are not available once preparation begins.
