All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling 202-280-5012 at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery day along with an e-mail explaining as to why cancellation is requested. If the requested delivery date is within the 24-hour time frame, we will not be able to cancel orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
All sales are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 1 hour of receiving the flowers.
A photo of the arrangement must be submitted via e-mail with “Defective Product” in Subject Line.
